Home lift price in Pakistan: what actually drives the cost

Two quotes for a home lift can look very different. Here is what actually moves the number, so you can compare like with like.

Home elevator cabin with a metal finish

Two quotations for a home lift can look very different, even for houses of the same size. That is rarely because one supplier is cheap and the other is expensive. It is usually because the two quotes describe two different lifts. This guide walks through what actually moves the price, so you can compare like with like.

1. The model you choose

The cabin type is the biggest single choice. A full-glass cabin such as GlassCore uses more tempered glass and framing than an open-view railing lift such as AirRail, which has the smallest footprint in our range. A metal cabin like Metalux Pro sits between the two, and a self-supporting steel and glass structure like EnclosureX includes its own tower, which adds steelwork.

2. How many floors it serves

Every extra stop adds guide track, wiring, a landing door or gate and a call button. Our residential range is engineered for buildings up to G+3, and the number of stops is one of the first things we confirm at survey.

3. Cabin finish and customisation

Flooring, panel colours, handrails and lighting all affect the final figure. Our standard interior uses SPC or vinyl flooring with a rear handrail, and every lift can be customised to suit your space. Ask for the finish to be written into the quotation so there are no surprises later.

4. Power backup

Load shedding is part of life here, so backup should be settled before you sign, not discovered after. Whether your lift runs from an existing UPS, a dedicated backup or neither changes the cost. Make sure your quote states the backup arrangement in writing.

5. Site work

Our lifts need no machine room and use a wall-mounted guide track, which keeps building work small. Even so, every house is different. Opening a slab, preparing a landing or finishing walls around the lift can add cost, and a site survey is the only honest way to price it.

How to compare quotes

  • Check that each quote names the model, load capacity and number of stops.
  • Check what power backup is included.
  • Check who does the civil work, and whether it is priced.
  • Check the installation schedule and what happens after handover.
