About these terms

These terms cover your use of verticoelevators.com. By using the site you accept them. They do not replace the contract for any elevator we supply. That is a separate written agreement issued with your quotation.

Information on this site

We work to keep everything here accurate, but the content is general information about our products and services, not a technical specification for any particular building.

Technical figures published on this site, capacities, travel heights, speeds, pit depths and similar. Are the typical configurable ranges for this class of residential lift. The specification that applies to your project is the one confirmed on your site-survey drawing and quotation. Where the two differ, the survey drawing governs.

Quotations

Nothing on this website is an offer or a binding price. A quotation becomes binding only when issued in writing by Vertico Elevators, and remains valid for the period stated on it. Quotations are prepared from the conditions observed at survey; if site conditions turn out to differ materially, we will tell you and reissue.

Site surveys

Site surveys are provided free of charge and carry no obligation on either side. The drawing and quotation are yours to keep whether or not you proceed. We may decline a project where we judge that no model in our range can be installed safely in the building.

Installation and safety

Elevators must be installed, commissioned and maintained by competent people. Our warranty and our responsibility for an installation apply only where the unit has been installed by Vertico Elevators or by an installer we have authorised in writing, and where it has been serviced in line with our maintenance requirements.

Modifying, bypassing or disabling any safety device on an elevator is dangerous and voids all warranty cover.

Intellectual property

The Vertico Elevators name, logo, product names and the content of this website belong to Vertico Elevators. You may not reuse them commercially without written permission.

This site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.

Liability

We do not accept liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of general information published on this website. For anything relating to a specific building, rely on a site survey and a written quotation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
