Most Pakistani houses were not built with a lift shaft. That is the problem we solve: finding the void you already have, a stairwell core, a light well, a side passage, the corner of a landing, and engineering a lift that fits it rather than demanding a new one be built.
The guide track is wall mounted and no machine room is needed, so the civil work required is a fraction of what a conventional lift needs. A typical installation asks for roughly 4 ft by 4 ft 6 in of plan area. That is what makes retrofitting a finished house realistic.

A glass lift does something a boxed one cannot: it keeps the stairwell feeling open. In a double-height entrance hall, a panoramic cabin becomes part of the architecture rather than an intrusion into it, and it lets daylight travel between floors instead of stopping at a solid shaft.
All visible glazing is toughened and laminated safety glass. Frame finishes run from powder-coated white and matte black through champagne to brushed stainless, chosen alongside the joinery and railings already in the space.

Custom installation
Professional elevator installation tailored to your space and requirements.
Installation is done by our own team, not a subcontracted crew who have never seen the unit before. They have assembled it in the workshop, so they know how it goes together on site.
Retrofit or new build, the sequence is the same: survey, drawing approval, fabrication, site mobilisation, erection, commissioning, handover. You get a schedule with dates on it before anything is cut.

A home lift that is serviced on schedule is a lift that does not break down at the worst possible moment. Our annual maintenance contracts cover scheduled visits, safety-device testing, door and interlock adjustment, lubrication and a written report each time.
Spares are stocked in Karachi and our engineers are local, which is why same-day response inside the city is realistic rather than a promise on a brochure. Clients under contract are attended first.

Do you install lifts you did not manufacture?
We install and commission our own units. For maintenance we can often take over servicing of another manufacturer's residential lift, but that depends on the make, the age and whether spares are still obtainable in Pakistan. Send us the make and model and we will tell you honestly whether we can support it.
What does an annual maintenance contract cover?
Scheduled visits through the year covering inspection, lubrication, safety-device testing, door and interlock adjustment, cleaning of guide rails and a written service report. Consumables are usually included; major component replacement is quoted separately and always approved by you first.
How quickly can you respond to a breakdown?
Our engineers and spares are in Karachi, which is what makes a same-day or next-day response realistic within the city. Response outside Karachi depends on travel and part availability. Clients under an annual maintenance contract are attended first.
Can you work alongside my architect or contractor?
Yes, and it makes a better result. If the house is still under construction we would much rather be involved at drawing stage. Planning the shaft into the design costs a fraction of adapting to it afterwards. We will issue a builder's drawing your contractor can work from.
Do you handle the civil work as well?
It is priced as a separate line on the quotation so you can choose. Some clients want us to handle everything; others already have a contractor on site and prefer to keep the civil work with them. Either way, we specify exactly what the civil work has to achieve.
