Built for the way Karachi houses are actually built
The typical Karachi plot is narrow, multi-storey and already finished. Our range is designed around exactly that.
Narrow plots, tight stairwells
Karachi's 120 and 240 square yard plots leave very little spare plan area. AirRail's railing system takes the least of any model we build, which is often what makes a lift possible at all.
Houses that are already finished
Very few Karachi homes were built with a shaft. EnclosureX stands on its own base in a courtyard or against an external wall, so nothing in the existing structure has to be cut.
G+2 and G+3 as the norm
Three and four storey houses are standard here, and that is precisely the range our lifts are engineered for. No over-specification, no compromise.

How soon can you survey a Karachi property?

Can you install a lift in an older Karachi house?
That is a large share of what we do. Older houses rarely have a shaft, but they very often have a stairwell core, a light well or a side courtyard that will take one. Where the existing structure cannot carry any additional load, the self-supporting EnclosureX tower solves it.
Is load shedding a problem for a home elevator?
It is the question we are asked most, and it is why backup is settled at survey rather than left to assumption. Tell us how your house is currently backed up, whether that is a UPS, a generator or solar, and we will confirm in writing what the lift needs and what your quotation includes.
Do you work with Karachi architects and contractors?
Regularly, and we prefer to be involved early. Planning a shaft into a house at drawing stage costs a fraction of adapting to one afterwards. We will issue a builder's drawing your contractor can work directly from.
