Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us when you contact us about an elevator:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your property address or area, so we can arrange a site survey
• Details about the building, number of floors, available space, photographs you send us
• Any message you write in the enquiry form or send over WhatsApp

We do not ask for and do not want financial details, identity documents or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

How we use it

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out a site survey, prepare a quotation, deliver and install an elevator if you proceed, and provide maintenance afterwards. That is the entire purpose.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

The enquiry form

The quotation form on this site does not store anything on a server. Submitting it opens WhatsApp with your details written into a message that you then choose to send. Nothing is transmitted until you press send in WhatsApp, and the message is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the contact page embeds a Google Map; both are provided by Google and subject to Google's privacy policy. If we later add analytics, this page will be updated to say so.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Records relating to an installed elevator are kept for as long as we are responsible for servicing it, which is a normal part of maintaining safety equipment.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@verticoelevators.com. Where the information relates to a lift we maintain, we may need to keep service records for safety reasons, and we will tell you if that applies.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
